The Great Qur’an is the sacred book of Islamic faith, regarded as the foundation of man’s morality and excellence in all respects.
As over 70 percent of the Albanian population belongs to this faith, efforts have always been made to translate the Qur’an into Albanian, which proves the continuing and unstoppable tendency to recognize it.
Since the Qur’an is a sacred text, it is difficult to think that a language other than the original can perfectly convey the meanings and implications of the text, without leaving any doubts, limitations or misunderstandings that may prejudice a deep understanding and high level religious practice.
This statement is in line with the general position of the Islamic religion on the possibility of translating the Qur’an. However, the Qur’an is not confined to a specific people, but rather to all mankind.
AIITC has reprinted the Quran in four different formats:

* Second, only Albanian
* Third, pocket format only slip
* Fourth, in the DVD and CD audio version
* A fifth format is expected soon: an Albanian page and an Arabic page.
